H10 London Waterloo

The staff were so friendly and attentive, and Jose in the breakfast area gave us especially lovely service. Breakfast was outstanding too. A really good hotel in a perfect location.

The rooftop bar on the 8th floor is a highlight, though the terrace is small, so you may have to wait for a table. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, and the hotel is well placed for sightseeing, with the Underground less than a 10-minute walk away and several bus routes nearby. We also had good service, especially at the front desk.

The team were what made this stay feel like home. They were warm, welcoming, and attentive to how we were doing. The rooms were spotless, and the minibar was impressively well stocked. Breakfast had a broad selection for different tastes. I have nothing negative to say about the H10 Hotel, and whenever I come back to London, I'd choose it again.

The room was a classic one, with useful space for our cases. It wasn't cramped, though I'd always prefer a bigger room, even if this one was only for sleeping. The beds were great, the air-conditioning worked well, and the shower was fab. The hotel was calm and spotlessly clean, with great service and a welcome drink on arrival. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and it's close to Waterloo. I didn't find it noisy like some posts say.
