The only drawback for us was that breakfast was the same each morning. It was excellent and there were plenty of options, but after six days the choices were getting a little tired. A different main dish or some new options every few days would have been nice. That was our only issue. My daughter and I stayed here for a week while exploring London. Waterloo Station is less than five minutes away, with Tube and National Rail connections, and many sights are a short walk. There are lots of nearby shops for food and other necessities. Our room was decent but small, so space was tight. The front desk team were welcoming and helpful, and housekeeping cleaned the room well each day. They'll also safely store your luggage on the last day. We left ours there, enjoyed a morning exploring, saw an afternoon musical in the West End, and had dinner before collecting the bags early in the evening and heading to Heathrow. It meant we could enjoy that final day without hauling our luggage around, which is a great benefit.

The location makes it easy to get around London, with public transport nearby and bars and restaurants close at hand. There isn't much foot traffic at night, so it was quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The rooms are well maintained and the beds are comfortable. I've stayed here a few times and always had great service. This stay was especially nice, from checking in with Chris to getting help from Malcon with extending my stay. They were professional and friendly throughout.

I had a lovely stay in a spacious, comfortable Premium Queen room with a big bed, sofa, massive TV and a good walk-in shower. Breakfast was busy, as you'd expect in a central London hotel. The staff were friendly and helped me make a few changes. Umisha at the front desk couldn't do enough for me. I'll be back.

The view from our window was unpleasant, facing machinery and equipment. Apart from that, we had a very pleasant stay at Hampton by Hilton London Waterloo. The hotel was neat and clean, and our room was comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was fresh, nicely presented and had a great range of options. The staff were available around the clock, professional and helpful throughout. We really appreciated the hospitality.

We’re already thinking about staying here again. The front desk team and restaurant staff were both terrific, and everyone was pleasant and professional. Breakfast had something for all our tastes, and we had a great time at the hotel.
