Heeton Concept Hotel Kensington

The location is brilliant, just minutes from earls court tube station, and the street was very quiet. You could hear other guests, though most settled down after 11pm. Staff were friendly and helpful, and we could leave our luggage before check-in. The room was small but did the job. The shower had great pressure and the toiletries were good quality. The bed was comfortable apart from one side of the mattress, which had sunk a bit.

We liked how close it was to the metro, just a 3-minute walk, and the street felt safe. Restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and supermarkets are all nearby. The room was clean, modern, and small but enough for a short stay. I'd say it's better suited to solo travelers than to us staying with my mother. Service could've been more helpful. When we asked to check in just 1 hour early, they wanted to charge extra. I would've understood if the room wasn't ready, but they could've been more flexible. It was similar when we asked to leave our luggage. They also said separate beds weren't possible. We were satisfied with the location and cleanliness, but service could improve.

Said from the night shift deserves a special thank you. His kind, thoughtful service made my stay memorable, and the whole team was warm, attentive, and gracious. The lobby was stylish, clean, and welcoming. My room was compact, as you'd expect in London, but well laid out and had everything I needed. It was spotless, the shower products were great, and the AC worked perfectly. Earl’s Court station is just steps away, making it easy to get around. I'd happily stay again and highly recommend it.

Everything went perfectly. Being so close to the Earl’s Court metro station made getting around the city easy, and the staff were really kind and helpful. Mr. Mehuf Andrai helped us a lot during our stay, and we especially want to mention him.
