During my 12-day business stay at Hilton London Croydon, the reception, bar, and dining teams were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Their service made a real difference. Ms. Krika, Irina, Yamuna, and Mr. Estefano deserve special thanks for making me feel welcome and comfortable throughout. The rooms at Hilton London Croydon are always spotless, prepared well, and kept to a high standard. Gina, the housekeeping manager, clearly leads a team that takes real pride in its work. Breakfast is another highlight, with Yavus, the breakfast manager, bringing attention to detail, positive energy, and care for guests. He keeps things running smoothly and goes the extra mile to make people comfortable. At the front desk, Nadir, Yamuna, and Stefano are professional, friendly, and always ready to help from check-in to checkout. They make you feel like a valued guest, not just another booking. My girlfriend and I stay here regularly, and it's become our go-to hotel for its comfort, consistency, warm atmosphere, and staff. It's rare to have so many people stand out for all the right reasons. Their genuine hospitality is why we keep returning. Highly recommended.

A staff member noticed us struggling with our suitcases and immediately helped us get them to our room. It was a thoughtful gesture we really appreciated. At checkout, Krika and Rose were warm, professional, and friendly, leaving us with a great final impression. My wife and I spent one night at Hilton London Croydon and had no issues during our visit.
