The dinner was delicious, with authentic, high-quality food, and the F&B team looked after us well throughout the evening. Breakfast was great too, especially the Full English, and service was lovely. We felt welcome and cared for from beginning to end. At Hilton London Syon Park, we also got a warm greeting at the door and check-in was smooth and professional. A special thanks to Mr. Mao, Assistant Front Office Manager, for his kindness, professionalism and outstanding hospitality. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the hotel for a relaxing getaway or a special occasion.

Kevin at the front desk really made an impression. He was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful, and went out of his way to make sure everything was right during my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stylish rooms, great facilities and a peaceful feel that made it easy to relax and recharge. Everything from arrival onward felt welcoming and well organised. I had a fantastic time at Hilton London Syon Park and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality stay in London. I’ll definitely come back.

My better half had a spa visit here and was very happy with it. I stay at this hotel every week, and the peaceful setting in lovely grounds is a big part of why I enjoy coming back. The reception staff are pleasant and helpful when I check in, especially Doreen, who always goes above and beyond to accommodate me. Honestly, all the staff treat me with great respect and make each stay a pleasure.

Karolina’s energy and care were what stood out most, and they’re a big reason we’d come back. The hotel is beautiful, our room was gorgeous, and we loved the spa access and atmosphere. At the front desk, Karolina was warm, engaging and genuinely interested in making our stay special. A simple arrival turned into a memorable conversation, and she clearly explained all the Diamond benefits, which made a real difference to our experience.

The hotel was busy, so the car park was nearly full, but there are also spaces in the garden centre car park next to the hotel section. We had booked three rooms for an overnight weekend stay. Beforehand, I was told they’d all be beside each other, but when I checked in, my room was on another floor. The stay was good overall, though some breakfast buffet items took a while to come back out. I asked for a coffee for my Dad, but it never arrived, so I had to ask another staff member. I’d stayed here before and found complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. Now you have to dial a number to ask for them. It’s not a big deal, but I expected to find a shower cap.
