The location worked well for us, with the 02 within walking distance and plenty of food shops the other way. We rely on public transport, though, and the nearby bus stops are awkward to use. Usually it was easier to walk all the way to the 02 and catch the tube there, which was fine unless it rained. Our room was lovely, clean, and had a long list of useful things, including an iron, fan, heater and hairdryer. Service was fantastic. The person at the front desk got everything right despite being new, and the other staff we met were cheerful and polite. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

The only real snag for me was the accessible bathroom. Water went everywhere when I showered. The bed could also have been softer, though maybe that's just me because I have hip and joint pain. Booking at short notice by phone was convenient, and getting there was very easy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We were here for one night to attend an event at the O2, which is about a 15-minute walk away. Very handy. Parking cost £35 for 24 hours, compared with £50 everywhere else. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, with a small table, sofa and shower room. The full English buffet was really nice, and the staff were pleasant.

The hotel felt really secure, which matters a lot to me, and the breakfast staff were very friendly and kind. After a stressful evening of travel, David took great care of us when he checked us in. He wrote down the breakfast times and let us know when he'd next be working in case we needed anything. The room was clean, the walls weren't thin and the bed was comfortable. The shower wasn't as powerful as I like, but it was still good. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We hope David gets the recognition he deserves.

The room was spotless, comfortable and well maintained, with everything I needed and more. It was just the kind of place to come back to after a loud night out. I was in town to see Deftones, and my stay at the Holiday Inn Express London - Greenwich was brilliant from start to finish. After a long day travelling and the excitement of the gig, the genuinely friendly welcome was appreciated. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and everyone I spoke with was approachable and helpful. The service was efficient and professional while still feeling relaxed and warm. I'd gladly stay again next time I'm in Greenwich for a show.
