I booked a deluxe room, and it was clean, spacious, neatly arranged, and had all the basic comforts. It was well kept, so I could relax without stress. The welcome and service were just as good. I booked in person rather than online, but the process was easy and smooth, and the staff handled everything quickly. They were kind, polite, and ready to help with a smile. They took such good care of me that it felt like royal treatment, and the hotel felt warm and homely. I had a lovely stay, would happily recommend it for the comfort and hospitality, and would come back.

We had a really comfortable, relaxing stay. The place was quiet and pleasant, and it suited us perfectly for a honeymoon. I visited with my girlfriend, though I think it would also suit families and friends. The breakfast was quite good, too. Nikhil at reception was always available, welcomed us warmly, and gave us a lovely send-off. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone after a calm, enjoyable getaway.

We chose this hotel because we wanted somewhere calm and quiet for my elderly parents, and it was just right. The surroundings were peaceful and comfortable, and we had a very pleasant, relaxing stay. Our deluxe room and washroom were clean, hygienic, and well maintained. Nikhil at reception was especially kind and friendly. He helped with room service and even carried some of our luggage, which we really appreciated. Thanks for taking such good care of us. We’d recommend the place.

The peaceful atmosphere made the stay especially relaxing, and I enjoyed every moment. Everything was clean, maintained well, and thoughtfully arranged. The owners and staff were caring and kind from the moment I arrived, and always ready to help. You can see they put real effort into making guests feel at home. I’m grateful for the hospitality, would highly recommend the place, and would love to stay again.

I only stayed because it was late at night and I had nowhere else to go. My first room had rats running around. They moved me to a second room, where bedbugs were confirmed, not just suspected. I was then transferred to a third room, but I was exhausted and there were no other options nearby at that hour, so I had to stay temporarily. This was completely unacceptable and a serious health and safety issue. It’s shocking that a hotel with rodents and bedbugs is still operating and taking guests’ money without meeting basic hygiene standards. I expect a full refund for the major inconvenience and health risks, immediate pest control and sanitation throughout the property, and more transparency so guests aren’t placed in unsafe conditions. I’d strongly advise people to avoid staying here until major improvements are made.
