We've stayed here twice on separate trips to london, and it's become our go-to. The location is convenient, with hammersmith tube station about a 5-10 minute walk away and buses running regularly between the two. Prices are cheap, and the rooms are perfectly fine, though nothing special. The bathrooms are quite nice and have toiletries included. Our first stay in a triple room was perfect. Staff even tucked our stuffed teddies into bed while cleaning. On the latest visit, our double room had a few problems: the ceiling fan leaked, the bathroom light wouldn't switch off properly, the shower didn't get hot, and there was no wifi or data signal in the room. Staff said the signal issue was because the room was slightly underground. They apologised a lot and offered us another room because of the other issues, but we had only one night left and reported them late the night before. They did bring towels to help deal with the fan leak. The area can be noisy through no fault of the hotel. It's on the main road near hammersmith firestation, so traffic noise is hard to avoid and the sirens can get annoying. Luggage storage is a big help too, since we often book late trains home after the 11am checkout. We'll definitely be back.

We came back for a second stay and had a great experience. The new building they told us about was wonderful to stay in. The location works well, with two underground entrances on the street and a bus stop right outside.

For the price, this is really nice. Getting around is easy, with the tube fairly close and a bus stop right by the door. The walls are thin, but we had good neighbours, so it wasn't very noticeable.

The staff were friendly, and our room was in the house with the civic "61". It was pretty spacious, with comfortable beds, a decent-sized bathroom and a large shower. There were three complexes with different hotel rooms, and the floor was covered in moquette that didn't seem very hygienic. Breakfast had a good selection, including fresh and bought pastries as well as savoury items. Most of it was very good, though the mini cupcakes were far too sweet and the preheated pastries weren't great. There's a bus stop nearby with service to Hammersmith Station, which made getting into the city centre much easier. For the price, it was a nice hotel and we'd return.

The room was warm, the shower was good, and the location was good too. The drains were blocked and the plumbing could use a little attention, but it was manageable. I was surprised that staff tidied the room every day for a budget hotel.
