The rooms with balconies are fabulous, and we also loved the nightclub. I stayed at this hotel for my wedding at Glenmore House, which was just a 5 minute walk away. The bedroom and bathroom were great. Your team was incredibly helpful: Dan gave me a tour of the hotel beforehand, and Syria was very helpful over the phone the day before. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

The bar looked really cool, but our visit was let down by bored door staff. We were exploring Surbiton for the first time after a friend said this place was good and near the station. The bouncer initially wouldn't let us in, saying it was ‘full’. We explained we were just trying to see the area, and once inside found it completely empty, so we left straight away. The bouncer then tried to keep us there. Very poor service from the door staff, who seemed to be on a power trip.

The noise was horrible, with music thudding through my room at twenty to one in the morning. The bath didn't work and the lighting was poor. The night porter did her best to help but couldn't. Avoid this place.

A clean place with brilliant service and very good security staff. Hamza welcomed me professionally and guided me into the venue because I use a wheelchair. I'll be back.

Bosco’s bar staff are personable and know their cocktails. The drinks are excellent, with plenty of variety and a great balance. Sit at the bar and enjoy a few, especially during happy hour. Highly recommend. The bar staff are crazily handsome too.
