We came for Mother's Day and my mother loved the room. It was compact, but felt cosy, elegant and carefully designed instead of cramped. The bed was one of the comfiest I've slept in, and the hotel had a lovely quiet atmosphere. The theatres are about a 10-minute walk away, which is great for a night in the West End. The gentleman at reception who checked us in around 6:45pm on Saturday 14th March was so kind and welcoming. We didn't catch his name, but he put us at ease straight away. It was a wonderful stay, and I'd definitely come back.

A leaking shower in my room was sorted quickly by the front desk staff member, who couldn't have been more helpful. The replacement room was clean and nicely presented. I slept really well, and breakfast in the morning was adequate. I'd stay again.

The room design is a good concept, the location is great, and the staff I spoke with were polite. My two-star rating is because of how cold the room was during my January stay. I arrived late after an exhausting, stressful day, and it was hard to warm the room up. The fan heater was so noisy that using it for long was uncomfortable. There wasn't a spare quilt, so I slept with my coat over the one provided. Even with the heater running, the bathroom was still very cold in the morning. I asked that a spare quilt be brought to my room that morning so I wouldn't have another night like it.

The lounge has free tea and coffee, and breakfast at £6 is a total steal. I needed somewhere overnight before an early hospital appointment, and this was so close to the hospital. The rooms were bright, clean and sharply designed, with AC. The shower was great, and the bed was Premier Inn comfy!!!! Fresh, clean linen too. Honestly, it was brilliant. Well done Premier Inn, you continue to be my favourite chain of city hotels.
