I spent three nights here in February on a business trip and had a wonderful experience. The best part was the dining: both breakfast and in-room dining were fresh and well prepared, with excellent service. The location is hard to beat, with restaurants and shops just steps away and easy subway access for getting around between meetings or exploring a little. The rooms were clean and quiet, and comfortable after a long day. They're well appointed, though I think a refresh or upgrade would make them truly great. I'd absolutely return on my next trip to the city. A fantastic choice for business travel, highly recommended.

The bathroom felt cramped, and I'd much prefer a standing shower to the bathtub. Room service was also a bit slow: our room hadn't been cleaned during breakfast on Saturday, so we had to call later to get it done. Still, the room was modern and clean, with a very soft, comfortable bed, and the location was perfect, close to everything.

Giorgio made booking by phone easy and welcoming, and his professional manner set a nice tone for the evening. We had a wonderful dinner at this beautiful five-star hotel. Tia looked after us throughout the meal, attentive, friendly, and professional. The food, atmosphere, and hospitality were all outstanding. Thanks to them both for making the evening so enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The location is unbeatable, and the rooms felt especially spacious and airy compared with what you'd usually find in London. The staff at reception gave us genuine royal treatment, professional and welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and a perfect start to the day. My stay at Hyatt Regency London was incredible, a world-class experience I'd repeat a trillion times. Highly recommended if you're looking for luxury and comfort in the heart of London.

The hotel was peaceful even though Oxford Street and shopping were close by, and we had plenty of restaurants nearby. We spent four nights at Hyatt Regency London, the Churchill and had a great time. Breakfast had a large buffet, plus the option to order things like waffles and omelettes. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout, starting with a great check-in. I’d happily recommend it.
