We’d stay here again. It was a great location and worked well for our family of five. The only drawback was hauling luggage up all those stairs to the penthouse, though I knew about them before booking.

The description promised a king bed, but that wasn’t accurate. Otherwise, we had a good stay: the place was clean, reasonably equipped and easy to check into. Covent Garden underground is less than two blocks away.

We found the flat clean, safe and newly renovated, with an excellent Covent Garden location. Underground and bus stops, restaurants, shops, theaters and the Thames are all within walking distance. Staff answered our minor questions promptly. There’s no lift, which could be a problem if stairs aren’t suitable for you for medical reasons.

The room and bathroom were comfortable and matched what we’d been told before booking. We were there with a friend, and the spot was lovely, close to Covent Garden tube station, theaters and the West End, with the British museum about ten minutes away. I only wish the mattress had been firmer and that there were a couple of plates or bowls as well as the cups.
