The company was unreachable overnight, and there was no staff at the accommodation. A faulty fire alarm went off three times during the night and early morning, leaving me with no sleep and a really stressful stay. Each time I had to wait out on the street for the fire brigade, who confirmed the equipment was faulty. Later, the company tried hard to avoid compensating me, and eventually returned only half my money. They said a full refund wasn't possible because I'd used the facilities and stayed for the booking. What else was I meant to do, sleep on the street to get away from the noise? They clearly don't care about your comfort. I even received an automated message saying they'd detected high noise levels. Yes, that was your broken alarm. Awful. Don't stay here.
I stayed for a long time, and the apartment was just as pictured with no real inconveniences. The one-bedroom was separate from the living room, the smart TV was handy, and the radiator kept the place warm through winter. The kitchenware was really well stocked, and Soho's convenient location made it easy to walk around. I also felt safe coming back from a show late at night. The main drawback was hauling luggage up and down the third floor, since there's no elevator and the stairs are narrow, steep, and turn at corners, so unloading was a bit dangerous. I had some trouble opening the door, but the management team sorted it out right away over the phone.
