The hotel has a fantastic rock-inspired look, and there was even a working piano beside the urinals, the only loo I’ve seen with one. We had a lovely honeymoon here and will be back. It’s a funky, punky boutique place right near the centre of everything in Soho, made even better by the brilliant team. The staff were incredible and bent over backwards to help when we had a couple of room problems. Our compact double suited a stay of a few nights, with enough space under the bed for suitcases. The rooftop bar was a great place to chill in the afternoon or late at night. We didn’t use the communal hot tub because it was too warm, but it’s a great thing to have. Breakfast at the restaurant was good. I’d recommend the continental meat and cheese plate with toast and jam.

The suite was wonderful, and the whole place had a great vibe. My partner and I spent two nights there after arriving on the first evening of our honeymoon. Every employee was lovely. I’m bad with names, so I can’t name them, but even though there was a laundry delay and it was a rough day when we arrived, everything felt smooth and easy. I highly recommend Karma Sanctum SoHo!

If you’re into classic rock, Karma Sanctum hotel in Soho is like the Hard Rock Cafe of hotels. I stayed for two nights and had a great experience, though it’s probably too expensive for many people to stay much longer. There’s plenty to see and do, and Piccadilly Circus is about a two-minute walk away. My room was a gem, clean, comfortable, and practical. The staff were friendly and helpful, and Wild Heart Bar & Shokudo on site is very nice. There’s also a 24-hour rooftop lounge and hot tub, which is pretty sweet. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely time celebrating our birthdays. The Japanese afternoon tea was delicious, and the waitress was wonderful. The chef made my son a lactose-free version, which he was delighted with, especially the ice cream mochi. Thanks so much.

We held a feature film test screening in the basement cinema room and had a great experience. They let us come in a couple of weeks early to test the DCP and kept communication clear. I’d definitely recommend it.
