We stayed over the weekend for a boxing event, and it was just what we needed. Very clean, comfy beds, tea and coffee, and a continental breakfast were all there. The en-suite shower room was great, and there was convenient parking at the rear. Brilliant for us. Thank you, Jermaine 👍🏼

I slept well because the room was quiet and the firmish double bed suited me. The en suite had a walk-in shower with a good flow, shower gel, two large towels, one small towel and toilet roll. The single room also had a little kitchenette, a bathroom and other furniture. It came with a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, plus juice, milk, butter and jam in the fridge. There was cereal, tea and coffee for breakfast, and room service topped those up each morning. The staff were friendly, and the manager was really helpful when we called with questions. It’s a handy base for a London holiday, a short walk from the Overground and trains into central London, as well as the high street with its shops and banks. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

We spent four weeks here from March to April and it felt like home. The location is pleasant, with easy access to transport, restaurants and shops. The manager and staff were approachable, friendly and attentive, always ready to help make the stay comfortable. We had a wonderful, relaxing time and would definitely come back.

The bedding was stained, and the towel provided was stained and smelled bad. I raised this and asked for a partial refund, but they refused. The response was rude and neither helpful nor courteous. For what it cost, it was terrible value. Holtwhites or another hotel at a similar price would be far superior.
