The elevator was incredibly quick. I waited about 20 seconds at most, and getting up to the 7th floor took no time. The hotel has a beautiful interior and sits right across from a nice park. The food was absolutely excellent, especially both breakfast and dinner. This was the best food I had in London. Easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and if I could rate it higher than five stars, I would. If I return to London, this is where I’ll stay.

The staff were nice, and the property is elegant and well located, but there’s plenty to improve. The bathroom smelled damp, the shower pressure was unusually low, and the small gym felt cramped in the morning. Breakfast was average. At check-in they briefly mentioned my status, but otherwise I got none of the recognition I receive at 95% of other IHG hotels. Poor value for money, especially with so many nice hotels in London. I won’t be back.

The hotel itself pairs comfort with grandeur, from its majestic architecture and refined interiors to an atmosphere that feels noble yet welcoming. I’d return without hesitation and recommend it to anyone looking for elegance, comfort, and outstanding service. My stay at Kimpton Fitzroy London was wonderful.

Brittany, Rosemary and Charlotte made our stay feel special, with exceptional, thoughtful customer service. We were there for two nights to celebrate our anniversary and recent engagement. It’s a beautiful, very unique hotel, with an interesting history and a great location.
