Latitude Apartment

After a third stay at Latitude, this time the longest, I wanted to share my experience. Friends told me about the apartment block when I needed somewhere for longer stays in London for work. My main home is in Spain, but I’m in London often, so I decided on a longer lease. The apartment suits me perfectly, both for its location, close enough to the station and town, and its general condition. It’s beautiful, and whenever a small, inevitable issue has come up, the management have pretty much fixed it the same day. Everyone connected with the building has been pleasant and helpful. I can’t recommend it more highly.

The staff were quick to respond, friendly, and made a real effort to help us. We felt safe in the area, and people nearby were happy to give directions. There’s a big green park across the block, two supermarkets within a five-minute walk, and halal food right nearby. Box Park’s Thai Express served one of the best Nasi Gorengs we had in London, along with Makan Cafe on Portobello Road. We had a family two-bedroom apartment, and it was much roomier than other places we’d seen in central London. The kitchenette had plenty of dishes, a dishwasher, and a full-size fridge. Since it was hot, the owner arranged mobile air conditioning, which was a nice extra. The station is close, too. We’d happily stay here again next time we’re in London, and recommend it.

With me travelling for work so often, it’s been a relief to know the Latitude team is personally looking after my flat. When emergencies have come up, they’ve stepped in proactively and taken charge. They’ve kept the place immaculate, paid on time, and treated it with real care. Latitude Apartments has managed and rented my property professionally for more than seven years. We’re grateful for the peace of mind they’ve given us, and working with them has been a pleasure. I highly recommend them.

Dr Naila was warm and welcoming at check-in and check-out, which were both easy. She shared lots of useful ideas for things to see, do, and eat in Croydon and London. We spent four days at Latitude Apartmens. The apartment was modern, very clean, and spacious. It’s handy for the train station, buses, shops, a supermarket, and the food court, with Selhurs Park easy to reach by bus. London and Gatwick are about 20 minutes away by train. We’d recommend Latitude Apartments.
