The service was good and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was nice overall, but it could use a bit more cleaning. The rooms were really small, barely fitting the fourth bed, though the place is easy to find.

It felt like home, and I’d go back. I ended up having a lovely Premier Plus room, very comfortable, and it was only a short walk from West Brompton station on the District line once I’d found the hotel. The staff made it feel like one big happy family. Majda and Max were a helpful team, the Breakfast Manager was great, and everyone was lovely.
The rooms only have showers, no bathtubs. Still, I liked this hotel more than other Premier Inn locations for its customer service, restaurant and bar. The restaurant and bar have been newly refurbished, and the bar stays open 24/7 serving alcohol to guests, which is a plus.
After a busy day out, I enjoyed having the on-site restaurant and bar as a relaxed place to unwind, with food available through the day. Nearby cafés, shops and riverside walks along the Thames add to the area’s local feel. The hotel is in a well-connected part of Fulham, with public transport a short walk away, so getting around London was easy. My room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed, blackout curtains and everything I needed for a good night’s sleep. The comfort and cleanliness were consistently good throughout my stay. It made a convenient base and was great value for London. I had a lovely stay and would happily recommend it or come back.
Our main concern was safety. The Premier Plus rooms are in a separate nearby building, and although access is by card, the doors stay open long enough for someone to slip in. This feels like an issue in the evenings. Once inside, you don’t need a card to get to the lifts or stairwell. Premier Inn Fulham should reconsider this. It was our first time in Fulham and in a Premier Plus room. The location is excellent, within 10 minutes of West Brompton and West Kensington. There’s a kettle, coffee pod machine, complimentary chocolate and water in the room. The room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived after check-in time, and there was only one towel for two people. After cleaning, they again left just one fresh towel. They didn’t replenish the water or chocolates after the first day, and the hotel seemed understaffed for the first few days.
