The staff were kind, and the underground was only a 2-3 minute walk away, with a bus stop nearby. My room was clean and a good size, with a TV and air conditioner. There was no fridge, but visiting in winter, I didn't mind. The shower cubicle was the main drawback since it felt quite narrow. Breakfast was simple but enough for me. I left happy and had no real problems during the stay.

My single room was surprisingly spacious and had a fridge, walk-in closet, full-length mirror, and separate toilet and wash cabin. It was spotless and incredibly quiet for central London. The tube station was just a three-minute walk away, and I was really pleased with the hospitality and service. I'd definitely stay again.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and Kensington Gardens is close by. It worked well as a base for London, with tube stations handy for getting into the centre and Paddington about a 15-20 minute walk away. My en suite was small, and breakfast was continental only, though adequate.

The place is a little dated and not perfect, but it's very clean and the service was great. The bar fridge was a nice extra. Breakfast was basic but absolutely fine. The location is the real plus, close to Hyde Park, shops, restaurants, buses, and the tube.

The shower was the one thing I didn't like. It was a separate little 1x1 cubicle from the toilet, and anyone claustrophobic probably wouldn't find it suitable. The hotel is well located, the staff are all nice, polite, and keen to help guests properly. Breakfast is simple but good enough.
