It's easy enough to get in and out, with trains coming fairly regularly. Delays do happen, though not constantly. Signs make finding your platform manageable even if you don't know the area, and there are a few places to pick up food or a drink while you wait. At busy times it gets hectic, but staff usually keep things moving. Like a typical London station, it's loud and full of people rushing about. It doesn't try to impress you, and isn't somewhere I'd make a special trip to, but it gets you where you're going.
