The room and bathroom were clean and nicely furnished, and the location is great, just steps from a major Tube station. But getting to the top floor was difficult for us: the stairs are very steep, and there’s no lift. I have trouble breathing, so being on the fifth floor was a deal breaker for me. The apartment was also unbearably hot, with no temperature control that we could find, so it seemed to be centrally controlled. I slept badly every night, especially with only a thick blanket provided.
We stayed just one night. It was nice and clean, and I’d visit again. The bathroom is very small, but it was tidy and very clean.
We were on the top floor, and the apartment had everything needed for a convenient stay. It was fairly spacious, with a separate bedroom, lounge, and shower room. The location is good, just a few minutes’ walk from Earl’s Court tube station, and the road felt safe with other hotels around. It was quite good value, and I’d stay again if I found a good deal.
We stayed three nights in October, when London was getting colder, and the room was still extremely hot even though it was 10 degrees Celsius outside. There’s no ventilation system in the building. When I messaged the office, they suggested using the fan and sleeping with the window open, but the area was busy and construction work was happening right next to the apartments. It stayed hot. The room is small but does the job, and there’s no elevator.
The rooms are small, but very clean, with good facilities. Like many hotels in the UK, it would really benefit from air conditioning in summer.
