We’re already planning another London trip and hope to stay here again. The staff and hotel experience were hard to fault. At breakfast, manager Nahid was often around, happy to chat and suggest things to do, places to go and useful tips for a smoother trip. Breakfast itself was delicious with enough choices that we didn’t repeat a meal. We also had a lovely afternoon tea, with delicious teas and desserts. Our server Jacquline patiently explained everything and was kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job turning them over. The location is central and an easy 10 minute walk to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace, while the hotel itself felt quiet away from city noise. There’s also a taxi stand directly across the street, making it easy to get a ride to other places. St. Ermin's Hotel exceeded all my expectations.

St Ermins is beautiful, and I love taking photos there. It really feels like a hidden gem in London. The team make you feel like family from the moment you arrive, and the service is great throughout, from reception and the door staff to afternoon tea and dinner or drinks at the Caxton grill. I always love visiting. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, it’s worth stopping by for a drink or afternoon tea. The best hotel in London!!

The staff were top notch in hospitality, and I especially want to recognize Laine for his kindness. Our spacious, clean room and the abundant breakfast buffet made the stay even better. The hotel, in Westminster, is charming, full of history, and perfectly located near attractions. They decorated beautifully for what the Brits call the “Festive Season” and really outdid themselves. Staying there was a joy, and I highly recommend it.

We had a great meal at the pub, with excellent service, and the room was comfortable and well serviced. St Ermin’s is a beautiful historic hotel in a great part of town. Parks are 5 minutes away, it’s close to the palace and even closer to Big Bend and river. The lobby has interesting historical details from WW2, and the entrance is lovely and unusual for a city hotel. We had a really great 3 night stay.

The staff are truly the best part of St. Ermin's. I told my husband several times I’d never met friendlier hotel staff. Every person we spoke with seemed even friendlier than the last, and they really go above and beyond. The property is beautiful, and our room had plenty of space and was always well looked after. They refreshed the water daily and handled all our special requests. The onsite bar and restaurant options were wonderful, and there’s wine happy hour on weekdays. Breakfast each day was perfect, with a huge range of choices. We also liked that the hotel sits back in a little alcove. It’s less than a 3 minute walk from a tube station and close to lots of sightseeing. We’d absolutely stay again.
