The location is great for a London trip. The hotel feels beautiful and contemporary, and it’s very well kept with good hygiene standards. On the first floor, Bamford Wellness & Spa is a peaceful spot that uses certified organic products. It connects to the fitness centre and has a small outdoor terrace. A lovely place to stay or visit. The staff will see to your every need, and Penthouse suites get Personal Butlers ⭐️

Valeria and Daria made check-in especially easy. They noticed we had our little one with us and kindly arranged a complimentary room upgrade, plus an early check-in that made a big difference after travelling. We really appreciated how thoughtful they were. The doormen were just as warm, always smiling and stopping to chat with our child as we came and went. Our room was spotless, cozy, and comfortable, and the hotel is beautiful and ideally located. Every team member we met was kind and welcoming, and their care and attention to detail made us feel looked after throughout. We’ve just finished our stay and it was perfect from beginning to end. We’re already looking forward to staying here again next time.

We had a lovely breakfast, and the staff were attentive. The doormen were lovely too. There was everything we could need in the room, and having the spa and gym was a bonus. Our girls’ trip was for Christmas shopping, and the location was perfect. We had a gorgeous room overlooking the Ritz with all its decorations. I live in London, but I’d definitely stay again.

Breakfast at Dovetail is always something we look forward to. The food is great and there’s plenty of choice. Please don’t change the menu, we love it as it is! Sylvia takes such good care of us and brings so much joy to our mornings. She catches the little details and makes us feel valued. Paulo is kind and positive too, always smiling and ready to help at breakfast. Daria at reception was lovely as well. I hope I’ve got her name right. She sorted out any little issues quickly and professionally. This is our favourite place to stay in London. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and seem to really care about your experience from start to finish. It feels personal, like a home away from home, so we’ll keep coming back 🤍
