The studio's layout and design are amazing, probably the best studios in CW. It's a quiet flat with good sound insulation, nice views on the west side, and kind receptionists. There's no free gym, pool, or spa, despite a lot of misleading advertising on the rental websites. The building gym requires membership and isn't very nice. SSE standing charges are very expensive and unavoidable because the developer made an agreement with the company. Parcels go to a shared room, and sometimes they're hard to find.

The view is nice, but the building quality is very poor. When the wind is strong, you can forget about sleeping. The windows are badly insulated and really hard to open, and the outside cladding keeps shaking. Utility bills are very high, and the parquet floor is fragile. I was lucky I was only renting. I left after a year, and feel bad for anyone who bought a flat in this tower.

Over ten months, heating and cooling cost me £800. The daily standing charge was £1.27 for heating and £0.5 for cooling. I was billed £200 for cooling even though I didn't use it for a single day.

The management is terrible, the build quality is awful, and there are barely any amenities. There are many better buildings in the area. Run away.
