The location is incredible, and the cleaning staff were the only part of this stay worth five stars. They helped us get inside after the company failed to answer either phone calls or emails. We were meant to receive the access code 24 hours before check-in, but nothing arrived. We only got in because we ran into the cleaners while they were working in the apartments. We had Wi-Fi but were never given the password, so couldn’t use it. The room itself was perfectly fine, but several beds were broken, as was one sofa. Then we were told to move apartments because of water damage, which turned out, after a lot of investigation, to be coming from another apartment. As others have said, this is a hotel to avoid.
