There was no Sky Sports option on the television, so I couldn't watch some sports that were only available there. It'd be worth management considering adding it. The windows were also quite dirty on the outside and need a wash. Otherwise, the apartments were spacious and well stocked, with a properly equipped kitchen that made short stays feel like apartment living. Great value for the price.

We found it worth the money and would recommend it to families. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a lovely view from the 9th floor. Getting to the tube was easy, as were trips to Brick Lane, Tower Bridge and Shoreditch. For a family of six, though, it would've made sense to have six chairs, a kitchen chopping board, and more than two dishwasher tablets for a three-night stay.

The penthouse room was great, and I wish we'd had more time there. The location was good too. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, but they can't store luggage, which was a major letdown. If I'd known, I probably wouldn't have booked. They point guests to the Stasher app, but the nearest drop-off is the Premier inn around the corner. In my view, that's pretty poor.

For a great price I had a whole one-bedroom apartment in a good part of the city, so it was very good value. Just keep in mind this isn't a luxury hotel. The front desk service was amazing. Special thanks to Cherelle and Hawad, though I may have got the spelling wrong, sorry.
