The place was terribly unclean. There was blood on the crib and food scraps in the drawers. There’s no air conditioning, and the water heater was broken for four days before it was fixed. The elevator-side entrance to apartment 13 is being used for storage. In apartment 5, the bathroom has a broken shower door and no floor-level drain outside the shower. The bathroom is on one floor and the room is upstairs. Construction workers next to apartment H made a lot of noise. The cleaning staff seemed unqualified, as we saw when we received the apartment, and the response to feedback was very poor.

The cleaning was poor and the sofa was broken. Although we’d requested it, the third bed wasn’t set up. When I called the host, he said he couldn’t help and hung up on me.
