Parking was the only downside. Apart from that, we'd definitely recommend it to friends and family. My husband and I want to say a big thank you to the whole team, who made our stay enjoyable. George and Steven were perfect barmen, always helpful and happy to do anything. Head chef Punit's food was very good, and chef Tyson's food was also very good. Tyson was helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Reception staff were always there when we needed them, and the cleaning staff deserve a mention too.

It's close to Heathrow plane spotting locations, which suited me as a plane spotter. The rates are really reasonable, and the beds are comfortable. It was nice and quiet, and I felt safe staying here during the coronavirus pandemic. It's a shame we couldn't get a fried breakfast at the time. One thing caught me out: reception didn't tell us that you need to tap your room card and select your floor to use the lifts, so I took a star off. Local taxis also seem to have trouble finding the hotel. It was my first visit, but I'd definitely come back.

The hotel is easy to reach by coach via the A4, but the entrance comes before the traffic light. Thanks for the free coffee at 5 a.m. today. I'm a coach driver who was picking up passengers after flight cancellations, and reception were well mannered. They were casually dressed in T-shirts and helped me with the luggage. I'm sure I'll be bringing groups here again.

Stayed for eight days over the New Year holidays with my 12-year-old. Madalina, Abbas, Christina, Kinga, and the rest of the team made it a really memorable stay. The staff were amazing, and the atmosphere was fabulous. It works well for both business and family visits.
