Mayfair Apartments London

The intimate boutique feel and central London location make this a really convenient hotel. I had a delicious breakfast every day, and all the staff were friendly and gave impeccable service. I've stayed at other Mandarin Oriental hotels, but MO Mayfair is my favourite so far. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in London.

The rooftop bar is a highlight, with a stunning view over Mayfair and a great evening atmosphere. I also loved the calm, beautifully designed spa, which is perfect for switching off in the middle of the city. Downstairs, the lobby restaurant has a polished setting and lovely energy, even if you're just stopping by. Across the hotel, the design feels refined and carefully put together without being too much. The place is modern, but carries itself with real sophistication and elegance. Staff were friendly, attentive and ready to help, and the service felt natural and easy. Mandarin Oriental Mayfair made a strong impression on me, with a fresh, contemporary feel that still reflects Mayfair's elegance.

The Elizabeth line is close by, so getting in from Heathrow takes only 40 minutes. The rooms are smaller than at most MO properties, but they don't feel cramped. The decor is what you'd expect from an MO, crisp, tasteful and sedate. Breakfast was excellent, especially the full English.

For my birthday, the team went out of their way to make the evening feel special, with thoughtful touches I won't forget. The staff were warm, engaging and full of personality, and their recommendations were spot on. The atmosphere is refined but still inviting, and the cocktails were made with real precision and creativity. Hanover Bar exceeded every expectation. Luxury with a genuine feel, from start to finish.
