The place seemed completely unmaintained. Faulty pipes caused leaks, the balcony was covered in mold and gave me allergies and breathing problems, and guest services didn’t respond. Possibly the worst place to stay. A horrible experience.

There was barely anything to cook with, and the dishwasher and washing machine didn’t work. This place isn’t suitable for a family.

We spent almost a month at Miles in Apartment 1 and found it really comfortable. It had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and we enjoyed our stay. The house was cleaned and the sheets changed once a week, and it was all very clean. I’m holding back the fifth star because it could have been made a bit nicer, though the people there are great.
