We arrived tired and jet-lagged after an international flight, about half an hour earlier than planned. While the room was being finished, the staff looked after us so well. Fatima was a joy to see each day, gave us great breakfast suggestions and made me the best cup of tea I’ve ever had. Georgia checked us in, was warm and knowledgeable, and showed us where the laundry facilities were. The room was really clean, and the kitchenette had what we needed for a light meal before heading out. Laundry was easy to use, too. The hotel is far enough from Liverpool’s noise that we slept peacefully, yet only around a five-minute walk from the transport stops, for both Tube and bus. We loved staying at Wilde, Liverpool, and would absolutely choose it again if we’re in London.

Avia made extending our stay easy and stress-free, and let us know she’d be there if we needed anything. We felt well looked after. The room was clean, with a cosy bed and a lovely shower. I could log into Netflix on the TV without trouble. The water bottles, umbrella to borrow and two milks in the fridge were thoughtful little extras. A very comfortable stay.
There are plenty of places to eat nearby, plus a Tesco Express for basics, and Liverpool St Station is a short walk away with a direct connection to Heathrow. We appreciated being allowed an early check-in for a modest fee after a night flight from the other side of the world. The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were modern and clean. The room was small enough that one of us had to climb over the bed to get out, and a bathroom drawer or shelf for toiletries would’ve helped. Otherwise it was well equipped for the price. I’d recommend it as good value in a famously expensive city.
Changing to a larger room midway through our stay was easy. The team lined up the check-out and check-in times, and Daniel made it quick and seamless, even bringing our bags to the new room. We were traveling with kids, and the staff had left toys and a diaper bag with baby essentials. Sophia added a little note and chocolate for our child. In all my travels for work and fun, staying with Wilde at Liverpool was one of the most enjoyable. The team’s kindness, thoughtfulness and attention to detail made us feel very well cared for.
One of the friendliest hotel apartments I’ve stayed in. They helped with an unplanned early check-in, brought extra tea to the room, and stored our luggage for free so we didn’t have to drag it around London. When we visited in Jan 2026, checkout was a very reasonable 11am. 10/10!
