I stayed for over a week, and getting a response from staff was nearly impossible. There's no front desk, and they don't answer 90% of WhatsApp messages. A package marked as delivered was stolen by them, and I've been trying to reach them about it for nearly a week, but they keep ignoring me. The place wasn't cleaned properly either: there were makeup stains on the sheets and pillows, and crumbs and stains on the dishes. You can find somewhere at the same price with decent customer service. A really horrendous experience.

We stayed over New Year 2018, and the rooms were modern, clean, and a decent size for a reasonable price. The bus service right outside goes direct to Central London via Knightsbridge. Staff were helpful too: they brought extra chairs for the table and let us check out late because the apartment wasn't booked that night. I'd stay again.

Updated 20-Apr-2017: I wouldn't recommend this place. I booked the apartment for two months, and our boiler broke down. Management still hadn't fixed it after more than two weeks, so each day they left keys to a different vacant apartment where we could shower. There was nobody on site to talk to, and the helpline staff could only offer limited help.

A friend rented the place for the night, and we got a noise complaint about music that had been turned off an hour earlier. Security came, threw us out onto the street, and put our things in bin bags there. Keep in mind, we're five young women in an area we don't know. The security guard was rude. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

It took an hour to get into the apartment after we arrived. The kitchen sink was dirty and blocked when we tried to wash it out, and the place hadn't been vacuumed properly. We left a night early to stay somewhere else. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
