The room had all the appliances we could need, and housekeeping checked in daily to bring clean towels and take the trash. Check-in was really easy too. The location was perfect, close to shopping, restaurants, and Hyde Park, and within walking distance of Buckingham Palace and other London attractions. We had a wonderful stay.

We had a super nice stay, with great rooms, excellent service, and friendly staff. Special thanks to Lucia, who showed us in and was a huge help with our dripping shower. They replaced it with a new one 🤩 The wow factor was high! Thanks so much to this Numa spot in a great location.

I absolutely loved staying here. The staff were super friendly, housekeeping was available, and the rooms were clean and nice. The location was great too. They should put a chair by the entrance in case someone needs to wait there. Otherwise, it's worth it.

A central, lovely place that's well positioned for exploring London. We had trouble with the air conditioning, and it took far too long to sort out. Radwan eventually stepped in and was incredibly helpful, bringing us a portable AC unit that finally made the room comfortable. The delay was frustrating, but Radwan's kindness and professionalism saved the experience. With quicker attention to maintenance problems, this would easily be a five-star stay.

The nice neighbourhood was the only real upside. The hospitality was average at best, and nobody even asked whether I'd had a good stay. I had to wait because the room supposedly wasn't ready, but the dust on the hairdryer and curtains made it seem like it hadn't been cleaned or used in a long time. Doors kept slamming from 6 a.m. until 10 p.m., so getting proper rest was impossible. Wanting peace and quiet is a valid reason to book a hotel, and this place didn't provide it. BW to BW, avoid this hotel.
