Nobu London Portman Square

Pradeep made our evenings at the hotel bar feel special. He was warm, attentive, and professional, and made my mother and me feel genuinely looked after. We first visited on May 11 and 12th, and enjoyed the first evening so much that we came back for cocktails the next night. We’ll book a stay here next time we’re in London.

Pradeep’s warmth and attention turned my daily bar visits into a real highlight. He’s clearly passionate about his work, and his courteous, professional service made the stay even more enjoyable. The whole Nobu team was friendly and especially good with children, too. We spent four nights here as a family with our one-and-a-half-year-old son while attending a wedding. Our Deluxe Double Room with a balcony was spacious and simply but tastefully designed. The bathroom was great, and the shower had excellent water pressure. For London, the price felt fair. Pradeep has made our regular visits feel welcoming. He remembers what we like from the menu, offers good suggestions, and brings a genuinely happy energy. We’ve been meeting a friend in the Nobu lobby every other week for a few months to hang out and study, and the service has always been respectful and attentive. We’d definitely come back for food and good vibes.

The quiet area is close to the main tourist sights, with Marble Arch Tube Station about a 10-minute walk away and taxis easy to find. The staff were kind and went out of their way to help. Rooms are modern, comfortable, and roomy, and the price is extremely low for the quality, which felt like 4 seasons quality at 4x less expensive. My one complaint is that you can hear people arguing in other rooms when you’re trying to sleep.
