The kids loved making their own pancakes at breakfast, and the young staff made mealtimes fun and easy. The breakfast selection was wonderful, and Mr. Nelson at the bar was fantastic. We had a spacious room with all the essentials, and the swimming pool felt well worth the money. The kids' play area was great too, and I wish I’d had more time to use the gym. Next time, I will. The lobby is bright, airy and welcoming, and the hotel looks inviting from outside. Staff throughout were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Ms. Arabella at reception handled a small problem with grace and charm, and Mr. Rahim was especially helpful at breakfast. The location is great for visiting London. Thanks to Hotel NOVOTEL Cherry Lane for making our stay so special. I’d happily visit again and have no hesitation recommending it.

We were there from 17/8 until 24/8, and the pool was perfect for the hotter days. The hotel restaurant served very good food, though the menu was a bit limited. For a wider range of restaurants, you have to go into London. Our room was clean, and breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Corina, who made us feel welcome. She even apologized for not remembering our room number at breakfast, which we didn’t mind at all, and arranged extra French toast for my friend, specially made by the chef. Everything was as my two friends and I had hoped, and I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

The conference service team were superb. They noticed when we took breaks and adjusted a meal when needed, and served coffee and tea on arrival, two catered breaks, and a hot buffet lunch in a really creative, appealing way. The package was very reasonably priced. I spent a couple of days at the property while working with a client, and the staff showed an extra degree of kindness and helpfulness beyond the courteous service you’d expect. I’d love to see this property’s approach replicated in other locations.

After a long day of flights and a missed connection, my husband and I were unexpectedly put up here. The three-course dinner was incredible, and everything we ate was delicious. The service was amazing too. It made a hectic day much better.

During our ten days in quarantine, the staff helped us feel at home with friendly service and all the information we needed. The rooms were clean, we could get food to suit our choices, and housekeeping kept up with our requests, from water to fresh linen and anything else we asked for. It’s hard to name everyone, but thanks to the GM for keeping customer service at heart and having such a commendable team. Arabella at the front office made sure we were comfortable, and Rahim from F&B was flexible with our food requirements and cared for us like family. The overall experience was great, especially for being quarantined. I’m writing this just before checking out tomorrow. Please keep up the good work!
