Orange Tree Hotel

The Orange Tree treated us like VIPs from the moment we arrived, and upgraded our room on the first evening. The beds were comfortable, the toiletries were lovely, the bathroom was spotless, and there was tea and coffee on tap plus a well-stocked honesty bar. We ate at the pub restaurant, where the team easily accommodated my dietary requirements. The food was delicious, with great attention to detail, and all the staff gave excellent service. A beautiful hotel, and we’ll definitely be back.

Breakfast was superb, and I’d recommend the French Toast. The main bar and lounge had a good pub atmosphere, and it was great value for money. The room was spotless and very quiet, with a really comfortable bed. This was my first stay at The Orange Tree in Richmond, and the staff, especially Ethan, were very helpful and engaging. It’s just two minutes from Richmond train station and about a four-minute walk to Richmond Theatre. If you’re staying in Richmond, we’d recommend the Orange Tree.

We never tire of staying here when we’re in London. It’s excellent value, with rooms that are huge by London standards, and a good breakfast is available. The village location is lovely, with easy access to the city and nearby areas. It’s a short walk to the station, the Green, the river, lots of pubs including the Orange Tree, and both theatres in town. For arriving or departing, the location is ideal: there’s a direct bus to Heathrow or a tube ride with one change.

Right in the heart of Richmond, this is a great place to stay, opposite the train station and close to bus stops and a car park. The room was clean and lovely. The pub has plenty of beers, ciders, and lagers, plus tasty food. Highly recommended!
