For a week in London, this apartment was much more comfortable than being squeezed into a hotel room. It was spotless and modern, and having a full kitchen saved us a lot on eating out. A fantastic home away from home right in the heart of the city.

Having the washer and dryer right in the unit made travelling with kids much easier. We loved the location too, and the 24-hour concierge gave us real peace of mind during the stay.

We could cook our own meals and still get hotel-style service, which was the best of both worlds. The place was stylish and quiet, and only a short walk from the Tube. It made an ideal base for exploring the city.

For work, it made a big difference having a separate living area where I could get things done. The Wi-Fi was lightning-fast too. Perfect for a business trip.

The apartment was so disgusting I left after just one night. It was extremely worn down and unhygienic, with hair all over the bed, bathrooms, and floors. Looking at the reviews for Urban Stay Limited, it seems likely these apartments were rebranded because of the large number of negative reviews. I've contacted the company about the problem and will update this review if I get a response.
