The location near Ealing Broadway tube station is really good, and the flat itself feels new. Inside, our two-bedroom apartment was spacious for London, with a huge fridge, washing machine, dishwasher (no instructions), and a TV in the living room and each bedroom. Free Wi-Fi was provided, and picking up and dropping off the keys was easy. The stay had some serious problems, though. On arrival there was no heating or hot water. They got the hot water working the next day, but the heating never came on. Later, after we returned from sightseeing, our key wouldn't open the door even though it had worked the day before. The owner spoke to us rudely, as if we didn't know how to use a key, then left us waiting outside for two hours before opening the second lock with a key we hadn't been given. He didn't apologize, even though we stayed polite and thanked him. When we got back into the flat, one bedroom TV was missing. The owner said he already knew. If it had to be removed, a quick email or WhatsApp would have been enough to let us know. It just added to our tiredness and worry. Only one TV worked, but we didn't complain about that since we were out most of the day. With customer service like this, I don't think I'd recommend the place. What a shame, given the location and the new interior.
