The location was convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby, and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful too. I had a great stay and would definitely return, though I’d suggest improving the breakfast options.

The staff were always smiling and made us feel at home. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the atmosphere was welcoming. It was a lovely stay and good value for money.

There are plenty of places nearby for food and drinks, and it’s a 10-minute walk from Shepherds Bush. The room was dated, but clean and functional. A nice little budget-friendly hotel. I’ll use it again.

The noise was a real problem. During my two-night stay, loud bangs and slams jolted me awake several times, so bring earplugs or sleep headphones. The rooms are quite small, and the bathroom is extremely cramped. I had to sit on the loo at an angle because there was so little space between it and the sink.

The rooms were very warm and the shower was good. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were friendly, especially Adil, who went out of his way to keep guests happy. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back. Thank you.
