I've been here a few times on work trips. The rooms are decent and the hotel is close to stations and shops, so the location is good. Breakfast was the highlight. Sorina was attentive and went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed. Really impressive service. Thanks to Sorina and the premier inn team. I'll be back :) - Ólafur

Jenni from housekeeping deserves a special mention. She's hardworking, takes her job seriously and pays close attention to making the rooms spotless. She was also very helpful at breakfast. It's not often you see someone so dedicated and attentive. Thanks, Jenni, for making my stay so pleasant!✨️🧹🧼🙌❤️ I had a wonderful experience at Premier Inn London Brentford and highly recommend it.

The bed was comfortable and the room was standard for a Premier Inn. But the shower leaked all over the floor, the soap dispensers didn't work, and the toilet tissue dispenser was awful. I was glad I'd brought my own soap. At these prices, you'd at least expect proper toilet rolls.

It was a calm, quiet stay, and the staff were friendly and hospitable. We ate in the restaurant at breakfast, where the host and Prabath, a Sri Lankan chef, were both very helpful. The food was scrumptious. We had an amazing time and will definitely come back. Thanks, Premier Inn team!

My husband, our 12-year-old son and I stayed for one night and slept like logs. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a lovely experience too. The chef brought out a pancake treat for my son, which he really enjoyed, and Jenny was super friendly and professional. We had a fantastic stay for amazing value.
