Premier Inn London Hayes North

Jade was the highlight at breakfast. She explained everything so well and took great care of us, making us feel at home. The breakfast choices were great, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Reception service was great even though we arrived late at night. Thank you for everything, we’ll be back soon!

Maria and Margaret were especially helpful when we left in the early hours of 19 April to avoid traffic on the drive home. From 16 to 19 April, my wife and I had a fantastic stay at Hayes North (A4020). We’ll ask for a ground floor room again next time, as this one was wonderful. The whole team was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and it was pleasant talking with them whenever we needed anything. The meals were extremely tasty, though we hadn’t included meal deals in the visit price and paid the waiting staff. We have nothing negative to say about the hotel or its team. We picked this hotel because it was close to our event, but the stay has been very disappointing. The rooms are barely clean, and I’d need a lot of convincing to come back. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I’m still here, so I’m updating this review: they reply quickly to online reviews, but don’t respond to requests made at reception. The staff there seem grumpy and rarely smile, which makes even simple, reasonable requests difficult. The requests we made haven’t been taken care of. In general, services are either withheld or provided very reluctantly, and reception staff haven’t been friendly.

We decided to leave without staying after my friend was offered a crack pipe and her boyfriend tried to get through the security door. The area felt very unsafe, and the locals we encountered seemed very unstable. We checked the room before leaving: the bathroom was dirty, though the beds seemed okay. We went to a Holiday Inn near Heathrow instead. The staff were lovely and clearly stretched thin, but they did their best with what they had. It’s a shame, as I’ve never had a bad Premier Inn stay before. I won’t be back.
