Premier Inn London Tooting

My daughter and I were in London for filming, and the staff took such good care of us. The rooms were great, and we could adjust the temperature to make it warm for bedtime on a cold night. Breakfast was good, and they made sure all the allergens were clearly marked for my daughter. Chef Rena, I think that was her name, and the servers Katie and Izzie, if I’ve got their names right, were absolutely amazing. Thanks to the team for looking after us!

For my work trip to London, this was a great choice. It’s a fair price, close to the underground and surrounded by plenty of places to eat. Check-in at the self-service machine was very easy. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever I had a question. I ate at the hotel one evening too, and the food was well priced and about what I expected. Nothing to fault.

BED BUGS IN ROOM 119. BEWARE. The room was extremely dusty, with crumbs all over and a half-eaten chocolate bar down the side of the bed. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. On checking the bed more closely, we found what was most definitely a bed bug. We know what to look for and caught it in a tissue. We left quickly and told two people at reception. They didn’t seem shocked at all, which made us feel this might be an issue at this Premier Inn. They showed no remorse. We asked for a refund because we were going to stay elsewhere, but were told they couldn’t refund us then and that we’d have to call head office ourselves the next day. Absolutely disgusting. Do not stay here.

The location worked really well for where we needed to go, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were very helpful, and breakfast was amazing. The room was clean, tidy and good. My only issue was manoeuvring my wheelchair around in it.
