Premier Inn London Waterloo - York Road

We stayed in May 2026 and both the hotel and its superb location were great. Our room was spacious, spotless and well serviced. The staff were friendly, attentive and polite. Maria deserves a special mention: she was a kind, highly professional young Romanian lady who looked after our group and was never put out by anything. Well done, Premier Inn Westminster bridge, and WELL DONE MARIA.

A last-minute meeting that was really important brought us here at short notice. I usually sleep badly in hotels, but managed to rest well this time. It was so quiet that you could forget you were in central London. The relaxed atmosphere helped, and the tulips they gave us for international women's day were a lovely touch. Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful, and the restaurant food was very nice, a much better deal than London prices elsewhere. They also took our small children into account when assigning our room. We’d definitely stay again.

The room felt stuffy even with the air conditioning, and we wished we could open a window. We also heard delivery lorries loading behind the hotel, early cleaning, and guests banging doors, so neither of us slept particularly well. On the plus side, the room was spotless and the staff were lovely. We picked this Premier Inn because it suited our short London visit, and the stay was good overall. The food didn't measure up to what we've had at other Premier Inns, though. We prefer the quieter St Pancras Premier Inn. Someone said we might be able to ask for a quieter room next time if we call the hotel directly.

I slept for nine hours straight, which almost never happens for me. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious with plenty to pick from. Everyone on staff was so welcoming, too. My son supports Arsenal, and they were all happy to chat with him about it. I'd definitely recommend this Premier Inn.
