Wembley was the draw for us, and the location really is excellent. We paid £364 for one night, without breakfast, and arrived from Scotland at 11:15am. At check-in they offered us the chance to get into a ready room early for another £15. We didn't see why there was an extra charge if it was already ready, but paid so we could leave our bags. The room was huge, but in poor shape and not clean. There were marks and stains on the walls, and the bathroom had mould. The shower was possibly the worst I've used: the dial was hard to turn on and off, the head was dreadful, and the whole thing looked tired and neglected. It badly needs a makeover. We didn't eat or drink at the hotel, so can't comment on that. The one staff member we saw at check-in was pleasant. The morning checkout was a shambles, with no staff in sight and half the hotel waiting in the foyer. The location is honestly the best thing I can say about it.

The room was a real surprise, it was very large, and check-in was quick and easy. We were staying one night on 20 January for an event nearby the next day. At breakfast, Jacintha greeted us with a smile and let us know it could be noisier than usual because of the large group staying there. She asked about allergies, led us to a quieter table, showed us where everything was, and said we could ask the chef for eggs prepared another way. We had no allergies. The breakfast was very good, and chef Jayesh clearly knows his way around it. It kept us going all day. We didn't arrive in time to eat at the hotel that evening. One thing we appreciated was the receptionist's advice about breakfast crowds: the time we first picked would have had 100 people eating at once, while half an hour later there were expected to be 50. It saved us turning up to a long queue for the hot food. We've stayed at plenty of Premier Inns, and this one stood out for its welcoming staff and great room. Everyone we met was lovely. Thank you.

The room was bigger than usual, I think, and really clean. We slept incredibly comfortably, and all the staff were friendly and courteous, from reception and the restaurant to the maintenance guy we met. We needed somewhere affordable with easy access to central London, and the location was superb, just 20 yards from the Jubilee line.

The food was a real highlight. We had the steak burger stack for dinner, and it was top notch. Chefs Diviyas and Johnson are very good; the meal was worthy of any restaurant. The service was just as good. Julianna, Maila, Deny and Jacinta were lovely, friendly and so helpful, a real credit to the hotel. We stayed two nights on 1 November this year with our nine-year-old daughter to see Starlight Express and visit London. The theatre was a 10-minute walk away, the tube station two minutes, and Wembley Stadium and London Designer Outlet were very close too. The beds were comfy, the rooms very clean and quiet, and the security measures gave us peace of mind. Great value, and we'd definitely stay again. It deserves five stars.

The hotel is quite modest, and the price reflects that, but it had what we needed for one night. Its location mattered to us, with a metro station right beside it. Brivony at reception clearly explained the rules on our first day, and the helpful staff were always around. The restaurant team looked after us, and breakfast service was sufficient.
