Judith, one of the hosts, made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. They were warm, attentive and professional, and went above and beyond. Chef Jenny also deserves a special thank you for fresh, delicious food that was beautifully presented. Each dish was cooked perfectly, and the care put into the meal showed. The combination of lovely food and thoughtful service made this a memorable meal at Premier Inn Wimbledon South. Thank you to Jenny, Judith and the team. I'd happily recommend it to anyone after good food and hospitality.

The room, location and buffet were good, but housekeeping was a real letdown. I told staff twice over the two days that the room needed cleaning, and nothing was done. The rubbish kept piling up. Breakfast was definitely worth it, with a great selection and good quality. Judith and the whole team were warm and provided excellent service, which made the stay more enjoyable.

Easy parking, a great location and friendly service made for a solid stay. Merton Abbey Mills, with its local bars and restaurants, is a two-minute walk, as are Sainsbury’s and M&S. The car park is right outside and free. I stayed in a Premier Plus room and liked the concept; service was great, and I enjoyed dinner and breakfast. The problem was the lift. It seemed there was only one working for my whole stay, and with all those floors and rooms, even a fairly quiet hotel meant a long wait. I'd hate to see the queue during busy times like Wimbledon. I ended up walking the many flights because it was quicker. I'll definitely stay again. This hotel is consistent, and the PP rooms help.

Their kindness, professionalism and warm service went above and beyond, and added a personal touch that made a real difference. Breakfast was another highlight, complete, varied and very good. We found the rooms comfortable and well maintained, with everything needed for a relaxing visit. The bed was particularly cosy after long days exploring the city, and the value for money was excellent compared with other London options. I'd recommend Premier Inn Wimbledon South, especially to travellers looking for a good balance of price and quality. One thing that could be better is the information given at check-in. It would help to know breakfast hours, dining options at the hotel, and nearby points of interest, such as the closest metro or train stations for getting into central London. Still, it was a very enjoyable stay with comfortable rooms, good value and excellent service.
