The Security Concierge team are friendly, professional, and quick to help residents, whether with deliveries or emergencies, which they handle calmly and efficiently. Special thanks to Gelu, the building manager, for being hands-on and attentive to detail, keeping things running smoothly day and night. Dance Square is beautifully maintained, with a strong sense of community and safety. A great example of residential management done well.

The apartments are modern, and the development is clean and secure inside, with a good location. Council housing is also here, which can sometimes be a bit distracting. If you don't have a fob, there's only one concierge entrance, so make sure taxis and deliveries are sent to the right address.

Nice place, but the concierge seemed inexperienced. I was there yesterday evening, 02/10/20, and the front desk staff member was extremely rude and unhelpful. He was focused on his computer and annoyed that I was there asking for help.

The apartments are very nice, and there's a beautiful garden at the centre. It's centrally located, close to tube stations and well connected by bus.
