Queensgate Court

Anka at reception was amazing and so helpful. I’d recommend staying here, and I’d come back myself instead of spending my budget on five-star hotels in London. I stayed five nights and had an amazing time. The service and location were perfect, and the apartment size was unbelievable. If you want somewhere to sleep well, this is definitely the place. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the nearest underground station, but walking in London is perfect. I agree the upper floors might be noisy, though it wasn’t an issue for me. I don’t see why this place doesn’t get higher ratings!

The apartment was comfortable, well equipped, and in a fantastic location, and I had a wonderful stay. Ms. Anca was so helpful and accommodating, and her hospitality made my family and me feel right at home. I’m also grateful to the reservation team, Ms. Dareen and Mr. Mahfoud, for their great support and help.

There are serviced apartments near Hyde Park in studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom sizes. Staff are very friendly and do their best to make your stay pleasant. The building is around a 10-minute walk from both South Kensington tube station and Gloucester Road station. Royal Albert Hall is close enough to walk to, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops about 10 minutes away on foot.

I should get a full refund for my May 9th stay, since the UK imposed a quarantine period for overseas visitors and I would have been coming from Australia. Tripadvisor and expedia also show the hotel closed until 1st July, so they can’t provide the dates I paid for. The property is refusing to refund me.
