Aethos Hotel London Shoreditch

After a 24-hour trip from Sydney to London, the staff were wonderful and the location was great. We loved the rooms, which work well for singles or couples. The service had thoughtful personal touches too. On arrival, there was cheese and crackers, a bottle of sparkling, and a note waiting in our room. We'll definitely come back! :)

The hotel is gorgeous and the food was delicious, but what really stayed with us was how well the whole team looked after us. We checked into Aethos at short notice because of a personal emergency, and every team member gave us impeccable service from start to finish. Special thanks to Angela, Meddie, and Nasif 🙏♥️. I hope we can return in more leisurely circumstances. Thank you!

The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and a solid start to a day of travel. The rooms are sleek, modern, and renovated, while the gym and amenities were five stars. Everything felt clean and up to date. Staff were warm and incredibly helpful with travel plans, whether arranging a taxi, finding a pub, or working out the journey. Special thanks to Jasen, Nafis, Liesi, Owen, and Meddie at the front desk for going the extra mile and making the stay memorable. The hotel is modern and stylish, in a revitalized part of London. The staff were the real stars. We'll be back again and again.

Sara was excellent from my first online question about the rooms, with helpful, informative replies. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms were stylish, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Usayd, who gave us such a warm welcome and was attentive throughout. Thanks for a memorable stay, it was perfect!
