Radisson Blu Hotel, London Bond Street

I was kept waiting for check-in and service, but they gave me vouchers for drinks, which I used on a hot day before heading off to catch my train. It was a lovely way to end my one-night stay. Janvi was kind and served lovely food and drinks.

My refurbished room at the Radisson Blu Bond Street was so comfortable, with thoughtful details and lovely finishing touches. Breakfast was the best I've had in ages, both for its quality and variety, and the staff were lovely and attentive. The hotel is right in the heart of London, with shops and restaurants just steps away. I was genuinely impressed and will be back, next time for pleasure instead of work.

The staff really made this stay memorable. Ammad at reception welcomed me warmly and was kind and professional from the moment I arrived. At breakfast, Najib, Vevik and Ahmad looked after me every morning with consistent warmth and attention, making sure I was comfortable. It's rare to find service this consistently good. The hotel is in a fantastic spot and everything was comfortable. I'd happily return. Thank you all for such a lovely experience.

The location is the one real positive here. It doesn't make up for the service, which was disorganized and fell short of even basic hospitality. I spent five nights at the hotel, and my room was cleaned only once. When I called room service or asked for items, I was sometimes told to come downstairs and collect them myself. Several staff members had an unprofessional attitude, and I often felt undervalued or as if help was being given reluctantly. I didn't enjoy my stay, especially considering what I paid. Anu from the restaurant was kind and professional, and Badar at reception was respectful and professional when I met him at checkout. His service stood out enough that I wondered why I hadn't received that level of care from the beginning. In contrast, Vivake's service and attitude were very poor and unacceptable. I don't recommend the hotel for its service. Management should review staff training, guest communication, housekeeping and daily operations. The current experience doesn't reflect the professional hospitality the hotel claims to provide.
