The Suites- St Pancras Hotel Group

We really appreciated having a kitchen area to use as a break-out space, especially with four of us sharing one room. It’s a great idea for guests. The room was very clean, and the hotel is well placed if, like us, you’re travelling by train without a car. It’s also serviced around the clock. Ali and Shuk were always welcoming and kind. What a great find. Thank you.

The rooms were clean, the beds were good, and the free-to-eat room bar was fully stocked with drinks and snacks. We all really enjoyed our stay, and I definitely recommend this hotel. Best hotel ever. The location in central London is great, and the concierge service was fantastic. Staff saw us arriving with two kids, two grandmas and two adults and carried all our bags without us asking. I’ve never had such good service at any hotel. Really awesome.

Ali and Dale were especially kind and helpful, with great suggestions for barbers, restaurants and pretty much anything. The cleaning ladies were kind too and did a great job each day. You need to be buzzed into the hotel, which gave me a strong sense of security. I booked a double suite and had a great stay. It’s a stone’s throw from King’s Cross/St Pancras stations, with plenty of nearby restaurants at good prices. I was nervous about being on the first floor in case it was noisy, but it wasn’t, and I slept really well. The bed was comfortable, and the room was an adequate size even with my three suitcases. There was a sink area, a mini fridge filled with a wide range of free non-alcoholic and halal snacks, and a Nespresso machine with what I needed for a nice morning coffee. The bathroom was small but very clean and new. I also got to use a very good quality iron and full-sized ironing board. This was a great find in a wonderful location, and I’d definitely stay again for a few nights.

We stayed for one night for Valentine’s Day, and both my girlfriend and I really enjoyed it. The room was clean and comfortable, with just what we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s right in central London, close to King’s Cross, yet it was surprisingly quiet inside. The location was spot on for a short stay in such a busy part of town. I was honestly impressed and would definitely come back.
